THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF WHILE FASTING FOR KARWA CHAUTH
1. Eat healthy sargi in the early morning: It should be wholesome, soluble & rich in fiber. You can add dry fruits, fruits & oats.
2. Drink plenty of lukewarm water in the morning to avoid dehydration.
3. Avoid certain foods like paranthas & pakoras in the morning. Also, avoid drinking coffee & tea in the morning.
4. Don't engage in major household chores that might take much of your energy.
5. Break your fast slowly and with the right food. Break your fast by drinking water to avoid acidity, don't eat anything spicy or fried & Go for desi dishes eg idli-dosa, sambhar, dalia, pulao, or oatmeal. you can also enjoy sweet kulfi and dark chocolate after your meals. Food should be chewed properly & gulped slowly.
